Lost & Found
Uh oh, you forgot something?
All items found in guest rooms or common areas are logged, and kept in our lost and found for 3 months.
If you have lost and item, please contact our front desk staff. The hotel is not responsible for lost and found and does not provide compensation for items left behind by guests for any reason.
How do I get it back?
If you would like an item shipped back to you, please make arrangements with your preferred shipping provider and we will ensure it is ready for pick up. In order for your item to be ready for pick up we must be informed of the exact date of pick up in to ensure the item is available.
If you have someone picking up an item for you, for security purposes please provide us with their name and ensure they have valid photo ID. We will not release lost and found without valid photo ID.
